Ms. Halloran serves as Corporate Counsel for APRC. Riley also acts as Corporate Counsel for Philadelphia Private Capital, LLC ('PPC'). Prior to joining PPC, she gained experience with several corporate in-house legal departments, including McDonald's Corporation, Brinker Capital and Aqua America (a NYSE traded national utility company). Riley has also interned for Silverang & Donohoe, LLC, a prominent Philadelphia commercial real estate law firm in 2007, with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 2008 and at the City of Philadelphia Law Department in their Corporate and Tax Unit in 2012. Riley holds a J.D. from Drexel University and graduated with Honors in the law school's business and entrepreneurship law concentration and was also awarded 'Outstanding Pro Bono Honors' for her volunteer work with the Campaign for Working Families Tax Clinic in Philadelphia, PA.
Riley earned her BA in History, cum laude, from Lafayette College. Her current responsibilities as APRC's corporate counsel include in-house legal review, compliance, coordination with outside counsel and underwriting commercial real estate investments. Riley is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and earned her CCIM which demonstrates completion of advanced coursework in financial and market analysis in the commercial real estate industry.
