Ms. Bender serves as Senior Underwriter for real estate investments at APRC and also leads the investment analysis function at PPC. Ms. Bender is a state-certified commercial real estate appraiser with more than 20 years of experience appraising a variety of property types in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, including hospitality, multi-family, office, retail, industrial and land. Ms. Bender previously worked for three Philadelphia area businesses: two appraisal firms (A.R. Hughes & Company and Reaves C. Lukens Company), as well as a commercial mortgage banking firm (iCap Realty Advisors). She holds both a B.B.A. in Business and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
